The well-known Christmas song “Deck the Hall” is given a medium swing treatment that will connect with audiences through its similar stylistic characteristics to many other jazzstandards. Jazz solos for Trumpet and Tenor Sax are featured before a rousing modulated shout chorus. The Big Band Series is designed for Big Bands comprising of more than 13 players. While scored for full Big Band, the series offers functionality for when a full instrumentation is not available. Tenor Sax 2, Trumpet 4, Trombone 3 and Guitar are all optional parts and cued or doubled in other parts.
